By installing or using Hype Design Production, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.
What the plugin provides
The plugin uses fixed Hype Events templates and approved brand assets to create standardized record posters and promotion certificates as PDF files.
Its hosted PDF service is designed to produce the same approved layouts across supported ChatGPT and Codex environments. It does not promise image-generation, Canva, or custom redesign services.
OpenAI services
The plugin runs through OpenAI products. Your use of ChatGPT, Codex, and related services is separately governed by OpenAI’s applicable terms, policies, account settings, and usage limits.
Permitted use
You may use the plugin for lawful design and production work. You may not use it to create deceptive or unlawful materials, violate another person’s rights, bypass security controls, or use logos and brand assets without appropriate permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with workplace rules, privacy obligations, and applicable law.
Your content and review
You retain responsibility for the information you provide and the outputs you use. Before printing, publishing, or sharing a file, verify names, dates, values, spelling, layout, brand permissions, and any other material details.
Intellectual property and brands
Rights in user content, third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain with their respective owners. Availability of an asset in the plugin does not grant permission to use it and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Generated outputs
Although the service uses fixed templates, supplied names, dates, values, and other details may still contain errors. Review each PDF before printing or distribution. Download links are temporary and normally expire after 24 hours.
Updates and availability
The plugin and hosted PDF service may be updated, rate-limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Continuous availability and compatibility with every device, environment, browser, or printer are not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and liability
The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent permitted by law. The publisher disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the plugin.
