Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Hype Design Production plugin published by Yu Zhang handles information when you use it in ChatGPT or Codex.

The plugin combines packaged instructions and brand assets with a publisher-operated PDF service. When you request a design, the service places the supplied details into fixed Hype Events templates and returns a short-lived PDF download link.

The service does not provide user accounts or a separate sign-in system. It does not use image generation or create a new visual design from your prompt.

To create a requested PDF, the service processes only the design fields needed for that file, such as the document type, brand selection, record title, value, recipient name, promotion title, and date label.

The service may also receive ordinary technical request information needed for security, reliability, and error handling. The publisher does not sell this information or use it for advertising.

ChatGPT and Codex may process prompts, files, and outputs according to your OpenAI account settings and the OpenAI Privacy Policy. That processing is controlled by OpenAI, not by the publisher of this plugin.

If you contact info@yuzhang.ca, the information in your message is used only to respond, troubleshoot, and maintain an appropriate support record. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Design fields are sent only to the publisher-operated hosting service needed to assemble the fixed PDF. They are not shared for advertising or data brokerage.

The service uses an encrypted, non-public download token and short-term cache. Download links expire after 24 hours, cached files may disappear sooner, and the service does not intentionally keep a permanent copy of your generated PDF. Limited security and error logs may be retained for a reasonable period to operate and protect the service. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve an inquiry or meet legal obligations.

Anyone who receives a valid, unexpired download link may be able to open its PDF, so treat the link as private. After downloading, you control the file and its sharing permissions. Avoid submitting confidential information that is not needed for the design.

The plugin is not designed or marketed for children under 13.
